This most common question can be the hardest to answer. Typical lead times are 6-8 weeks, but many factors can increase or reduce your wait time. We may have an RV already ordered that is similar to the one you want, drastically reducing your wait. Or, you may place your order at a time when model year changes are occurring, or there is a holiday shutdown, increasing your wait time. When you place your order, we will do our best to get the most accurate estimate directly from a factory representative.
Does it cast more to custom order than to purchase off the lot?
Not always! We will still give you a fantastic sale price, even on custom orders.
Do you require a deposit to place an order?
Yes, we require a 10% deposit to place a custom order.
What if I change my mind?
If you are custom-ordering a model, chances are it is a floorplan or feature configuration that we don't carry on the lot. For that reason, deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
You have the model I want on the lot, can you just customize it for me?
Most of the time, yes. However, it is often cheaper to order the model with the options you want than to make changes to a model we have.
