Camperland of Oklahoma is proud to announce the expansion of their dealership to a second Oklahoma location. The Shepherd family established Camperland of Oklahoma in 2004 and worked to position the dealership as a trusted resource for Tulsa RV’ers. Recently, expanding the dealership became a priority and a second location on the opposite side of the Tulsa area made sense. When the location of Hunter RV became available, it seemed an obvious choice both geographically and because the legacy established by Hunter RV closely matches the goals and values of the Shepherd family and Camperland of Oklahoma.

Norman and Peggy Hunter opened their RV store in 1975 and have served the area for over forty years, winning multiple awards over the years for their outstanding customer service and excellent business practices. Their son-in-law, Jim Dickson, joined the team in 1990 and has been instrumental in the company’s success. He continued the Hunter tradition when Norman passed away in 2007, until the recent acquisition by Camperland. We congratulate the Hunter family and Jim on creating a solid reputation, and we are proud they have trusted Camperland of Oklahoma to continue in place of their legacy.
